Venue Options
Creekside
Quaintly nestled along the San Julian Creek on private property, Creekside offers a magnificent waterfall and ancient canyon as the perfect backdrop for your magical day. This serene setting provides a picturesque environment for your ceremony and photos.
Ghost Town
Resembling an abandoned Old West town, Ghost Town is a venue like no other. It features a hardwood dance floor, campfire, and rodeo arena with horses, creating a charming and rustic ambiance for your celebration.
Old Oak Tree
Celebrate your special day under our majestic Old Oak Tree. This natural setting is ideal for couples looking for an outdoor ceremony surrounded by the beauty of nature.
Historic Pilot’s Lounge
The Historic Pilot’s Lounge, originally built in 1947 and recently renovated, is a covered, open-aired venue rich in history. This unique space offers a blend of historical charm and modern amenities, making it a perfect choice for your wedding.
Branding Iron Saloon
When we open the Wild West Bar & Grill, the Branding Iron will become a venue instead of a restaurant, allowing you the opportunity to host your event indoors for a western experience, taking you back to the old days! Located at the Main House, the saloon offers space for a band, seating for about 50 people, and a bar.
Historic Hanger
Originally built in 1947 when Colonel Lapham fulfilled his dream of building a Dude Ranch Airpark, the Hangar still stands today as a covered open-aired venue rich in history great for large events.
Roy Rogers
The Roy Rogers room is located upstairs in the Main House and is the larger of the two conference rooms that includes a projector and drop down screen.
Dale Evans
This corporate space is located upstairs in the Main House and offers a drop down screen and projector.
The Lariat
This space is located on the first floor of the Main House with windows to view the beautiful outdoors.
The Legends
This space is located on the first floor of the Main House and features a beautiful fireplace.
Trigger’s Coral, Ruth Herr & Kevin Fitzpatrick
These smaller spaces can be used as breakout rooms or additions to The Lariat. (Trigger’s Corral is pictured here.)
Wagon Wheel
This space is located on the first floor of the Main House and includes the buffet area and a large space that includes a beautiful fireplace.
Picnic Pavillion
This outdoor space is located outside of the Main House. Includes a covered pavilion for serving food and drinks, picnic area, and outdoor space.
Wild West
The Wild West Bar & Grill includes a large indoor dining area with bar and outdoor seating. Beautifully renovated in 2024 and located next to the Golf Pro Shop.
